Dr. Todd Sheldon grew up in the Pacific Northwest. He graduated from Brigham Young University and then attended the University of Houston College of Optometry on a US Navy Scholarship, graduating as class valedictorian in 1997.
Dr. Sheldon served at the Beaufort Naval Hospital in South Carolina as a Staff Optometric Physician. There, he led the contact lens and laser vision correction programs for fighter jet pilots.
He has published over a dozen articles in medical journals about new eye health treatments and other topics. He has also been a part-time clinic teacher for three colleges of optometry.
Dr. Sheldon and his wife, Penny, have four children. They enjoy hiking, hunting, photography, and travel.
